BBN provides on the job and on the project (OJP) training for the peoples who look for job and their own business. OJP training is to give the candidates actual project and items to perform actual project or marketing and sales as a virtual staff of BBN or CEO of Virtual Company at the Virtual Smart Office according to OJP training curriculum. If actual project or marketing and sales are realized while OJP training, the profit will be shared among the involved team of trainees(Partners) and the OJP trainees proved in the sales while training can be hired by company who provides products and services. 

Trainee also could continue his own business with the other partners  in his own virtual company built up while training as BBN CCMC-PEN member. OJP training is to provide marketing and sales manpower supply for the small and medium industries as well as arrangement of lifelong jobs and trainee's own business as CEO of his own company.

 

1.     OJP Training is designed to provide manpower and marketing and sales services for small and medium industries 

2.    OJP Training is designed to provide opportunities of getting lifelong job and founding virtual company for all the trainees as CEO.

3.     BBN will evaluate Trainees(candidates) application and consult them to find and allocate suitable job, business, projects, products and services

4.     The OJP candidates are hired virtually by BBN as internship staff and CEO to execute marketing and sales for the contracted company and products according to BBN_OJP curriculum.

5.     OJP training is provided in the real business situation for three months according to BBN_OJP marketing and sales curriculum.

6.     For the experienced candidates, On-The-Project training will be provided to perform project, tender participation, plant construction and engineering.

7.     OJP training can be coordinated with language training for the targeted country partner separately in order to take care of marketing and sales by local persons

8.     If the transaction is realized during OJP training, the 60% of the allocated margin will be paid to the involved candidates according to CCMC-PEN profit sharing program 

9.     The proved trainees can be hired by the companies who provide products and services when sales and project are realized during training or after training.

11.    OJP Trainees can invite their partner(manager) to build up sales and project team under support of OJP Mentor Training Program  according to OJP curriculum

12.    OJP Training is provided in advance for the exhibitors and business delegations to maximize marketing and sales effects and will guarantee success of exhibition and business delegation.

13.    OJP training is provided for the partners (trainees) of target countries in the same manner as for the local partners, where industries and exhibitors  are going to enter and expand business

14.    OJP Trainees will perform projects and marketing and sales as virtual staff of BBN and CEO of Virtual company according to curriculum.

15.    OJP Trainee as CCMC-PEN member can build up his own virtual company to perform his own business in cooperation with partners on CCMC-PEN Wiki Smart Business Platform

16.    OJP Trainees can recommend  new product and services for OJP training. Products and services will be registered with BBN after contract with manufacterers (Small and Medium industries).

17.       CEO, Manager or staffs of Small & Medium Industries can join as OJP Trainees for the marketing and sales of their products word widley accoridng to BBN total marketinga nd sales program.

 

OJP Training will be performed in cooperation with Job Recruit, Head Hunting and Manpower Supply Company, university, college, vocational institute, language institute and company training center.
